Conclusion of a Fissile Material Cut-off Treaty (FMCT)

The Geneva Conference on Disarmament agreed in 1995 to enter into negotiations on the conclusion of a Fissile Material Cut-off Treaty - FMCT. Iceland favours the conclusion of FMCT and feels that is should include a global monitoring system.
